BRYAN STUART PRIESTLEY
Graduated with an Honours Degree in Law from Queensland Institute of Technology in 1984 and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland (1987) as a Solicitor and to the National Court of Papua New Guinea as a Solicitor
and a Barrister (1987);
Spent six years in Papua New Guinea (1987-1992) as a 50% Owner and Managing Partner of Papua New Guinea Law Firm with offices in Port Moresby , Lae and Mount Hagen with 14 solicitors and 40 support staff;
Up until 2010 was the owner of Law Firms in Australia and the Principal of a corporate consultancy business advising legal and accounting firms, financial institutions, major property developers, high net worth individuals and private and public companies.
Significant Commercial, Corporate and Property Law experience and business experience at a senior level resulted in Bryan returning to Papua New Guinea in early 2010 to assist Young & Williams in providing first class Commercial, Corporate and Property legal services to its clients;
Possesses a great understanding of a wide range of commercial and contractual matters affecting businesses. Works closely with his clients to achieve his client's objectives and offers practical commercial advice and solutions;
Operates in a cost and time effective manner and drives the multi-disciplinary team of professionals, project stakeholders and the client's internal management, in handling a project's diverse and challenging range of responsibilities;
